Christmas , Icicles and Thank you

Christmas is one of my favorite times of the year! Here in Southern Cali it usually takes a while to start feeling like Christmas because we usually are in the middle of some heat wave this time of year!!! All I want to do is sip on some Carmel Apple Cider from Starbucks, slip on my uggs and snuggle up by the fire and put on a classic black and white movie!!!

This time of year I'm usually in some flip flops, tank top and drinking something cold!!!

I went to Target, Walmart and Costco this weekend and really got excited when I saw the bright Christmas ornaments down almost every isle!

Here are some lovely pictures to get us all in the mood!!! Look at the pictures, take ideas and get inspired by what you love!!! In a couple weeks we are all going to go through our holiday boxes and even the things we haven't used in a long time can be used in a new way! Give it a new life just by using it in a different way!

What a pretty center piece! Shiny vintage ornaments makes a cheap and BEAUTIFUl centerpiece for the perfect Christmas party! I'm going to be laying ornaments out on my mantel this year. I just love the shininess of it. I have some leaves and pumpkin candles and some gold ornaments scattered here and there on the mantel right now (Ill be sure to post a picture later on) and I love how the gold of the shiny ornaments just catches my eye !!! HGTV has this picture on the HGTV website...they have lots of great ideas!

Icicle Craft

Maybe I need to do this and make my house look like the most sugary sweet winter wonderland. Or maybe not....I'm sure my neighbors are going to think that there is something MAJOR wrong with me!
